Our caramels are made in small batches with exceptional ingredients, including fresh vanilla bean. These fulsome, chewy caramels are then allowed to cool, are cut, dipped by hand in dark chocolate, and sprinkled with Fleur de Sel ("flower of salt" in French), a salt that has been harvested by hand off the coast of France.
